Through our comprehensive skill development initiative, we’re offering specialized certification programs tailored to the needs of small businesses. Participants can choose between two in-demand tracks: Digital Marketing and E-Commerce or Cybersecurity, with the potential to expand into Project Management, UX Design, and Data Analytics.
Over the course of the program, approximately 50 employees—including sole proprietors—will have the opportunity to gain the certifications and practical skills necessary to excel in the digital landscape.
Digital Marketing Track
Immerse yourself in the fast-growing world of digital marketing. This track covers key areas like customer engagement, content marketing, and analytics. With industry roles projected to grow by over 6% in the next decade, you'll be well-prepared to leverage modern marketing strategies and thrive in a rapidly expanding field.
Cybersecurity Track
Step into the high-demand field of cybersecurity, where you'll master topics such as risk management, network security, and Python automation. With cybersecurity roles expected to grow by an impressive 32% over the next decade, this track equips you with the crucial skills needed to protect and secure digital systems in today’s increasingly digital world.

Microsoft Career Certification
Knox St. Studios and RTriad are partnering to provide career changing Microsoft Certified programs to move you or your business forward.
There is NO COST to participants, Knox St. Studios will pay for the exam sitting fee of $99 and provide a stipend when participants successfully complete certification. There will also be a weekly check-in.
Registration begins October 1, 2024.
Azure Fundamentals
This certification is ideal for individuals who are new to cloud services or those who want to validate their foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure. It typically requires about 12-16 hours of study time. It covers the basics of cloud concepts, Azure services, security, privacy, compliance, and pricing. More Info >

Designed for those looking to gain a fundamental understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite, this certification generally takes around 10-15 hours of preparation. This certification is for those who want to understand the capabilities of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. It usually requires about 8-12 hours of study time. It validates foundational knowledge of business value and product capabilities. More Info >
Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
Aimed at individuals interested in the basics of security, compliance, and identity (SCI) across cloud-based and related Microsoft services, this certification typically requires 10-15 hours of preparation. It covers the fundamentals of SCI concepts and related Microsoft solutions. More Info >
