Are you ready to take your business to new heights? The Early Stage Accelerator, facilitated by Knox Street Studios (KSS), is designed to nurture small, diverse cohorts of 5-7 businesses and entrepreneurs, equipping them with the tools and skills needed for the next phase of their journey.
This unique program combines comprehensive guidance, specialized curricula, and immersive entrepreneurial experiences to foster creativity, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving. Over the course of the grant period, we’ll run two cohorts, each tailored to prepare participants for significant growth and success.
In-Depth Entrepreneurial Training
In partnership with NC IDEA, KSS offers access to the Ice House Entrepreneurship Program (IHEP), a versatile curriculum focused on developing an entrepreneurial mindset. With 30 hours of programming, IHEP empowers participants by cultivating essential skills like communication, teamwork, and innovative problem-solving.
Hybrid Learning Model
To maximize accessibility, the Early Stage Accelerator offers a hybrid model. IHEP modules will be available virtually, while supplemental programming led by KSS will take place in person at our physical location. We’ll also leverage additional venues and community partnerships to expand the program’s reach and ensure broad participation.
Cohort-Based Peer Learning
Each cohort will participate in five peer learning meetings, totaling 10 hours, facilitated by the KSS Project Director. These meetings provide a platform for entrepreneurs to share insights, learn from one another, and receive tailored support based on their ongoing needs. This dynamic approach allows us to continually enhance the curriculum and strengthen the support network around each entrepreneur.
